John Earl Mack sentenced to life without parole plus 30 years for aggravated child molestation, rape, & enticing a child for indecent purposes
On August 8, 2024, a Carroll County jury returned verdicts of guilty against John Earl Mack, 43, for two counts of Aggravated Child Molestation, Rape, and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes. Superior Court Judge Dustin Hightower presided over the trial and sentenced the Defendant to life without the possibility of parole plus 30 years
